Heagen-Dazs (Häagen)

🚨 Heagen-Dazs (Häagen) (General Mills) Boycott Reasons and Overview

Heagen-Dazs (Häagen) is a registered packaged food and consumer brand operating under the American multinational food conglomerate General Mills. The inclusion of Heagen-Dazs (Häagen) on global boycott lists stems from General Mills's documented operational history, commercial partnerships, and institutional ties with israel:

• UN Settlement Database Blacklist Record: General Mills was formally named by the United Nations Human Rights Council (OHCHR) in its official database of business enterprises operating in illegal settlements for operating a manufacturing facility in the Atarot Industrial Zone in occupied East Jerusalem. While grassroots pressure forced the sale of this joint venture, the company continues commercial trade with israel.
• Strategic Partnership with israeli FoodTech (Remilk): General Mills partnered with Tel Aviv-based precision fermentation startup Remilk, channeling research capital into israel's high-tech biotechnology sector.
• Commercial Retail Distribution in israel: Through major local distribution conglomerates including Osem, General Mills continues broad retail distribution of its brand portfolio throughout israel, contributing regular corporate revenues to the israeli domestic economy.
• Major Institutional Shareholders Funding Defense Contractors: General Mills's primary institutional owners are BlackRock (11.41%) and Vanguard (7.08%), both documented in UN reports as primary financiers of military suppliers arming the israeli military.
• Ethical Double Standards: While taking clear corporate action in response to other geopolitical crises like Ukraine, General Mills has maintained strict corporate silence regarding ongoing atrocities in Gaza while ensuring continued product sales in israel.

Sales revenues from Heagen-Dazs (Häagen) flow directly into General Mills's global balance sheet. For full United Nations documentation and historical audit records, visit the 👉 General Mills Boycott Dossier.
