A private Los Angeles-based manufacturer of military tactical vehicles. In October, the company provided israel with units of its Flyer 72 patrol vehicle, which it developed in partnership with General Dynamics (see below). The vehicle uses a General Motors (see below) engine. israel was reportedly testing these vehicles because it wants to purchase tactical utility vehicles using U.S. taxpayers' money and not rely solely on its other supplier of similar vehicles, israeli company IAI (see below).
